What you can expect from the (re)treat

At our Wellness (Re)treats, we offer women the space to be. Space to breathe, space to relax, space to connect, and space to notice. In the busy-ness of our every day, it can be too distracting and loud to even know what we need. Within the tranquility of the Inn at Twin Linden, retreatants are invited to put their feet up and set their worries down. Throughout the weekend, all workshops + exercises are focused on the whole self: body, mind, and spirit. Our guests will receive a sampling of experiences and solutions. Not to give them “one more thing” to add to an already full life, but rather to gift them tools to enable calm clarity in the midst of it all.

Some practices may be familiar; others may be new. Every aspect of the weekend has been designed to support and nourish the many facets of each woman. And to remind her of the intricacy of her beautifully, wonderfully designed self!

Enjoy an evening of relaxation as you are greeted with a glass of wine or mocktail, gather with fellow retreat participants, and welcome your weekend of rest to begin.

Recharge | Saturday

Mind - Body - Soul Nourishment

Experience a day crafted to support + fuel your whole-self wellness. Sessions to include:

- nutrition, stress management, + whole-self living workshops led by wellness experts -

- guided mindfulness + meditation practices -

- body work session (ie. mini facial) -

- personal reflection session w/ licensed therapist -

Let me take a moment to share a bit about myself - Jessica - the founder of (Re)treat Yourself Women’s Wellness Weekends.

I am a meditation guide, mama, avid reader and writer (working on my very first book currently!) I adore bringing people together and am honored for the chance to connect incredible wellness experts with women in need of their own rest + renewal. I’ll be the guide for your wellness weekend as well as the leader for several workshops (oh yes! we will be meditating together).

I know first hand what it feels like to be stressed, “So busy!” and tired beyond words. Through my own journey towards wellness + true peace, the inspiration and framework for these (re)treats have bloomed. I am filled with joy at the chance to introduce you to solutions that can move you from exhausted to at ease. I look so forward to experiencing many moments of calm with you as you welcome the rest + renewal you require.

You have options

Join us for an overnight or simply for a day. Our two (re)treat packages are crafted with the intention of accessibility to varying schedules and budgets. Each option lovingly crafted for ladies in need of some extra rest + renewal (and detailed below).

Experience whole-self relaxation through our overnight (re)treat getaway by securing one of eight charming, exhale-inspiring rooms at the Inn.

Can’t get away for an overnight? We have a few spaces for ladies to join us for a complete day retreat for the day on Saturday.

Choose from two (re)treat packages:

  1. Overnight Retreat Getaway ($685):

Bask in a 1-night getaway with meals, workshops, treatments, + restorative practices from Friday evening thru Saturday afternoon. Treat yourself to this leisurely, extended time of rest, recharge, and renewal!

2. Complete Day Retreat ($475):

Enjoy your very own restful day away with nourishing meals, snacks, workshops, + restorative practices on Saturday (8am - 5pm). Experience a complete retreat in just one day!

Let’s talk logistics

When you’re ready to experience your very own whole-self wellness immersion…

  1. Sign up for the weekend of your choosing via the registration form linked here

  2. You will receive a confirmation email including a $100 payment request from Jessica to secure your space. This payment is non-refundable and will go towards your overall retreat cost.

  3. One week in advance of your (re)treat weekend, Kyra - the Innkeeper at the Inn at Twin Linden - will be in touch to confirm your lodgings and any dietary restrictions or preferences.

  4. Also one week in advance, Jessica will email retreat logistics + details on what to expect during your time away. She will also include an additional payment request for the remainder of the retreat cost. You can complete your payment via Venmo or bring cash / check payment to the retreat.

  5. Start packing your coziest clothes and look forward to a weekend of relaxation + renewal; the rest will be taken care of for you!
