Oh hello! I’m Jessica.

As mamas, we have a responsibility to take care of ourselves. Breathe, ma… I’m here to help.

And I’m here to make your care practices accessible, authentic, + sustainable (because who has time for one more thing!?) My prayer is that these offerings empower amazing (and likely, exhausted) women to pause, care for themselves with intention, and experience some joy in their everyday.

A bit about how I got here… after spending 13 “busy” years with a large financial services firm, my daughter’s birth inspired my early-retirement from a senior leadership position in corporate America to fully immerse in mamahood.

Soon after her arrival, I observed myself taking less and less care of me, so I started out on a path to discover sustainable care practices for the tired mama. (When I uncover enabling tools, my heart cannot keep quiet, and I must must share them!) I began to craft offerings during naptimes from “The Practically Present” blog and “The Preppy Yogi” podcast to meditation and mindfulness workshops. I combined my passion for presence-practices and intentional care together with my decade+ corporate experience, a Masters degree in Leadership Development, and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification in Continuous Process Improvement.

Believing that our true well-being comes from an integration of mind, body, + spirit, my offerings range from personal care, physical care, and spiritual care. As a consultant with Beautycounter (the leader in the clean beauty movement), I educate ladies ready to switch their skin care to safer alternatives and offer personal care support to hundreds of women + their families. Curating women’s retreats + workshops for five years and teaching meditation for three years, I also lead meditation workshops for my Catholic parish community.

My hubs + I adore sharing time over a cup of coffee and other simple, everyday moments with our sweet daughter.

I am thrilled you’re here with me, and so very jazzed to support your own journey into intentional care. We know we can’t pour from an empty cup, mama. It’s time.

Let’s refill that cup together, shall we?
